Learning leaders, I know, SAP employees may have the opportunity for 4 certification exam attempts per year. And I assume, SAP partners' and customers' employees may have similar allotted numbers of exam attempts. But what if their employees wanted to learn more and get certified for a broader array of topics? In today's environment where generative AI appears to be at the verge of becoming "general AI" or a superintelligence, having a broad set of certified expertise and experiences may contribute to keeping human employees valuable, valued, and employed. As experts we need to evolve from depth in one topic to depth in multiple topics, linked by a layer of social and professional communication skills, perhaps a few other "soft" skills (coaching, facilitating, strategizing, OCM).
In the light of this necessary ambition for continued professional self-improvement, how might SAP Learning allow for employees to increase the number of certification exam attempts? I wonder if frequent and acknowledged contributors to the SAP Community (for example) might be able to acquire some 'learning currency', or tokens of some kind they could exchange for certification attempts. Thank you for your consideration.

When more than the 4 attempts are needed there is the possibility to purchase additional attempts via the SAP Certification, two attempts product: SAP Certification | Certification Program
