Dear SAP Certification Support Team,
I hope this email finds you well. I am writing complaint (Certification ID:***Removed by Moderation***), i have recently attempted the C_ABAP_2309 certification exam. Unfortunately, he has encountered an unfair exam failure due to a misunderstanding by the examiner.
During his exam, I carefully answered all questions and clicked the Submit button to complete the test. However, after submission, the examiner wrongly assumed he was involved in cheating, despite no valid evidence or prior discussion. As a result, he was unfairly marked as failed without any opportunity to clarify the situation.
Since the exam, we have made multiple attempts to contact SAP via customer support and other official channels but have received no response. This issue is affecting my brother’s career opportunities, and we request immediate action to review his case.
We kindly ask you to:
Your prompt attention to this matter would be greatly appreciated, as this certification is critical for my brother’s future. Please confirm the next steps at your earliest convenience.
