Unable to retrieve Business Partner Data (Building side-by-side extensions on SAP BTP)

I followed the steps in the 3rd chapter "External Services" in my BAS-environment.

When accessing Business Partners on the web-page, the error message is:

<message>Error during request to remote service: connect ECONNREFUSED ::1:33207</message>

Hi Margit,

this is Answer No. 2 to your question. Looking again at the link, it seems to me that the learning journey is not the same one I started two weeks ago.  Some quizzes I passed are now blank and the chapters have changed. Should I start this one again?
