Hello everyone,
I am not able to log into my openSAP account since last few months. Everytime, I click on the SSO button, I am redirected to the main login page. If I try to manually enter my credentials, I get a popup stating that some internal error has occurred.
I even tried resetting my password but again got an error message.
The helpdesk feature is also not working for me.
Can someone please let me know how can I get this fixed?

I will guess that you got a new SAP imaged laptop lately and since then, you have the issue with openSAP.
The workaround at the moment is to use WTS from your SAP laptop. If you use a private machine, you shouldn't have any issue to login with your password.
