Unable to download course files in link on Exploring SAP SuccessFactors Platform Learning Journey

Hi! The course files on the first in the first lesson of the first module in the Exploring SAP SuccessFactors Platform Learning Journey won't download for me. The error message says "could not find a published file" but in a console looking new tab.

Our support team was working on this and they just informed me  that the links are now working as expected.

As per my understanding, your issue is happening within SAP Learning Hub. If so, you might need to contact their support. The available channels can be found at the KBA https://me.sap.com/notes/2404504:
