Hi,
I have over 3 years of working experience in SAP now and took my certification in APO in April 2008 through my company. After compeleting the certificate I found that my S-User id is attached with my Company rather than independent. Does this mean my certification becomes invalid when I leave my company? Does the certification belongs to me or my company?
Thanks,
Rajesh Manoharan

hi,
as you were sponsered by your company for the certification, thats why you are not an individual participant. It has nothing to do with the validation of your s-id. S-id will always be yours. its only shows that the certification cost was taken up by your comapany. sap does this in order to have a better ties with the companies. also the company gets some benefits like the cost of certification is returned to the company if the candidate passes the test and etc.
thanks & regards,
punit raval.
