The card authorization has failed. Certification Exam Payment

I am trying to do one certification course and i am trying to pay but i get an error while submitting the order. I am able to enter the bank OTP and it is accepting the OTP but at the time of submitting i get below error

The card authorization has failed. Please review your chosen payment. [4]

Please note this is active card.

Yes this is resolved. And I even got my certification completed.

I had to use another CC.

However SAP did respond with other way of payment.

Try getting in touch with them via the email ID provided by abhra.s
