You can take the training and get certified on SAP Learning Hub (http://training.sap.com) but you can't get provisioning access as that is only granted to partners at the present time.
@Luke... Thank you for your response.. Is that the only way to do it? Cant i do it directly as an individual consultant? i heard that the same does not apply in states.. Till Sometime ago one could just go and give the certification without the learning hub license.
