Would I be able to access the exam to be certified as a associate if I purchase the sap learning hub student edition

or any working professional can buy CER001 for single attempt ?

Learning Hub is only for learning and upskilling not for Exams
you need to Subscribe CER006 in order to write an exam to become Certified
