Stay certified due

Hello

I have my current certification under a Universal ID with my personal email.

I have a valid subscription under my company's email which is linked to another Universal ID.

I need someone to help me add my company's email to my personal Universal ID. When I try to add it myself I get an error message saying that my company's email is associated to another Universal ID.

Please help as I only have a few days to stay certified, otherwise I will have to retake the full certification.

Please check our Troubleshooting SAP Universal ID  document.
Based on your case you find there guidance on steps you need to take in order to solve the issue.

If you are an SAP Partner,

  • Go to SAP Partner Portal
  • Access Contact Us from the menu on the right side
  • Choose "User Management" add the following information:
    • e-mail
    • S-User for the exam
    • Exam code
    • Proof of certification (PDF, screenshot, Credly URL)
    • SAP Universal ID

If you are an individual / SAP Customer, please create a case here

  • Select category "Learning and Certification Advice" and enter the following Information:
    • Email address
    • S-User taken for the exam
    • Exam Code
    • Proof of certification completion (by either pdf or screenshot or by Credly URL
    • SAP Universal ID Email address

Hi, Faced the same issue. What you need to do is to reach out to SAP support and ask them to delete your other UID. That will delete your company UID and not your SID and PIDs, later link it to your personal UID.

Go to SAP Partner Portal

  • Select category "Learning and Certification Advice" and enter the following Information:
    - Email address
    - S-User taken for the exam
    - Exam Code
    - Proof of certification completion (by either pdf or screenshot or by Credly URL
    - SAP Universal ID Email address

Thank you Margit, I had logged a ticket on March 7th and was given the wrong information. This is very frustrating because it is only affecting me and the time I have to prepare to stay certified. I have now logged a ticket under the partner portal.
