SSL certificate error for Firebase outbound calls

I'm trying to connect to firebase using SAP HANA xsjs using the SSL certificate provided by https://fcm.googleapis.com, but gettting an error stating - 83864: Failed to send request to socket...rc = -1 ERROR: commlib::connect to Host: fcm.googleapis.com, port: 443, Error: SSL certificate validation failed: comm::connect 'fcm.googleapis.com:443' failed with rc = 39 | Internal Error Details. Crypto/SSL/CommonCrypto/Engine.cpp:406: SSL certificate validation failed: SSL error [536872221]: Unknown error, General error: 0x2000051d | SAPCRYPTOLIB | SSL_connect".

I have updated the SSL certificate but sometimes this certificate works some times not. I tried the same thing using Node.js and found no issues.

Can someone please help here.
