Should I go for SAP BI / BW Certification ?

Hello experts,

I have around 5 year of SAP ABAP + Net Weaver Experience , have worked on 4 Implementation & several support projects. I am thinking of doing a SAP BI/BW Certification.

Can any body give me prospects of BI / BW jobs scenario in Indian market post certification.

As you have very good experience in ABAP, then why you want to switch to BI and want to do certification too  ??

Hi Chandra,

During my induction training in 2008 i was initially trained in BI / BW & ABAP. as i was deployed on ABAP Projects i ultimately lost track of whats happening in Data Analytic. recently i attended a seminar at SAP & come to conclusion that Analytic & Mobility are emerging trends SAP of course ABAP is here to stay.

Why the sudden switch from ABAP and NetWeaver to BI/DW ?

There are certifications in ABAP and NetWeaver too.
