SF Compensation Kick off Template

Hi,

SF Compensation Kick off template is not available in Partner Edge portal (Please check link below). It has only Variable Pay - Kick off template. May I now if this is available anywhere else with leading practices and questionnaire from Compensation [Merit planning and Stocks]
