http://sap123.com/articles/ (do not afford to miss Quiz for SD if you are taking up SCM60, that helps you a lot. atleast that helped me a lot. but my personal openion is you should try this only after you completed the total content and understand everything)

and ofcourse go through the points in the below link before you are giving the certification. that surely helps.
