Hi All,
I have recently downloaded 'Mental Health at Work (UK)' from the Litmos Heroes site, and we've uploaded it to our LMS (Oracle), however, whenever users complete, its still showing as not completed by our LMS and when they go back in it takes them to the 'You have successfully Completed' screen and that they can close the window.
We have verified it ourselves, tried redownloading and uploading, tried various other settings, but always get the same result; all other content works well and we have no other issues, including other content from Litmos Heroes.
We have now drawn a blank.
Does anyone have any ideas, thoughts or suggestions that may help.
