Scheduling Exam - Purchased Attempts

Hi!

I am trying to schedule an exam for C_ARSCC_2308 SAP Certified Application Associate - SAP Ariba Supply Chain Collaboration.

I have purchased 6 attempts for exam. However, when I click on shedule an exam, it shows up that I do not have any exam attempt. Could you help me fix this problem?

Dear 17tliu,

After purchasing the exam subscription, it may take up to 48 hours for your training confirmation letter to be sent to you, after which you can schedule the exam.

However, if even after 48 hours, you are facing the same issue, kindly write one email to training.india@sap.com.
