Scheduling an exam with CER006 SAP Certification Exam, Six Attempts

Hi!

I am trying to schedule an exam for E_ACTCLD_23 SAP Certified Specialist - SAP Activate for Cloud Solutions Project Manager.  #SAP Activate 

I have purchased "CER006 SAP Certification Exam, Six Attempts" for exam. However, when I click on shedule an exam, it shows up that I do not have any exam attempts. Could you help me fix this problem? Thanks
