Andreas Gartner

Hi Andreas Gartner,
Would request you to uninstall the Putty from your system & download the portable exe from,
Attached is the screenshots to how to download --> 1.jpg2.jpg
Depending on your laptop OS version 64-bit or 32-bit you can download. Unfortunately you did not mention your laptop OS version.
This is a very common scenario for the IT guys, so would request you to search in Google or just directly ask your local IT-Support guys to help you sort this issue
Also, please check the below,

Hi Andreas Gartner,
Generally, once the issue is no more, or just want update to that person, we put in "comment" instead of putting in "Answer" section as per SAP Community process here as per the below tutorial,
https://developers.sap.com/tutorials/community-qa.html
Also once the issue is no more, the general process is to go for closing the Question which would help other readers as well
Thanks,
Kaushik
Hello Kaushik,
thank you for your quick answer.
Now it works.
Kind regards
Andreas
