SAP WPB Manager without options

Dear Gurus,

I recently installed SAP WPB Manager and I don´t have all the options in the menu, like Workarea or Learning Reporter. (Attached file)

Is installed in a Windows server 2012 R2

It is the first time that I work with SAP WPB and I can´t connect producer to manager.

The problem solved when I deactivate the next option:

Administration > Server Settings > Security > Block content access for administrative users
