Hi, forum members.  I want to know about the exam c_bitwf_73.   In

they said that Available Languages:Japanese. Is it possible to pass the exam in English or there is only Japanese option? Actually it is quite odd that there is no English language. Maybe somebody in nearest past already pass it. Please write something about the exam.

I think you may have selected the wrong country when looking at the website. Yes, the exam can (of course) be done in English.
