Request clarification before answering.
You will very limited consultants in this area.
I am not sure if any bank is using in India.
However, there are number of foreign banks must be going for this.
The problem with such modules is unless you are expert in that field, it would be hard to convince the interviewers.

Please refer training.sap.com
for your training needs at SAP
If you are looking for abroad opportunities, then there must be good opportunities for SAP Banking, particularly western countries like USA, Canada, Europe.
There are already thousands of people in SAP FICO, I do not want you to end up in the same boat like others.
You can still go with SAP Banking, number of Indian software companies / offshore software companies supporting / implementing SAP Banking for number of banks. Because of limited consultants, you may get a chance to get a break in SAP Banking Area. Then you can put up some onsite experience, which should be critical for your growth.
To my knowledge, in India no were SAP banking is implemented(may be some day) but nothing till date.
One of the Australian Bank(completely done) - support work going on and One south African bank people are hired and trained specially for it. some one having 6 - 10yrs Domain exp.
you can give a try for FI module, however you can give a try as per your interest.
Good luck.
