Hello, I recently started my SAP Learning with a focus on SuccessFactors.  I am currently on the "Exploring the SAP SuccessFactors Platform" learning content and I have to complete some exercises, but I am not sure which Learning System I should Enroll into. Anyone has any suggestions about this?

Hi @Natalia_A ,

Good question. The Learning Journey "Exploring the SAP SuccessFactors Platform" corresponds to the consultant training which is the first step to embark on your SAP SuccessFactors Certification journey. The course code for this Learning Journey is THR80.

Therefore, the SAP Learning System Access you should enroll to is the Introduction to SAP SuccessFactors Academy (THR80), which will include access to Front End and Back End (Provisioning). The other system (HR800) is related to the Platform Administration training which is targeted to HR administrators and does not include Provisioning access.

Hope this will help. Please do not hesitate to comment again on this post if you need further assistance on this topic,

Best regards,

Jordi

Hello! Adding to this thread as I am new to SF Learning and seem to be having the same issue. I've accessed the "Introduction to SAP SuccessFactors Academy (THR80)" test system but I'm not able to see "My Learning" or the Learning Administration option. In the Admin RBP role, the option "Learning Access Permission" is not visible under the "Learning" section of the role (will try to attach a pic). I can't seem to find where to enable this option in the role. In provisioning, there are 3 companies listed (SFLAP042926, SFLAP043991, SFLAP044585) so not sure if the change needs to be done in provisioning and if so, under which company. Scouring everywhere I can think but can't seem to figure out how to make the Learning module available. Thank you in advance!

Hi @LeahL
We unfortunately do not provide a practice system for SAP SuccessFactors Learning  (LMS).
Access to a demo instance for practice is exclusively available to students who are enrolled in one of our academy courses, specifically HR861 or THR88.
Kind regards
Margit

Thank you, Margit! I currently have an SAP Learning Hub, Partner edition subscription and am working my way through the THR88 online course. Should a practice system/demo instance for LMS be available in this case? Or is this different than enrolling in an academy course? Thanks so much.

Hi @LeahL
If you are enrolled in the self-paced learning, there is no demo instance. Demo Instances are only available for virtual SAP Live Class (VLC) sessions.
Kind regards
Margit

Hi @LeahL ,

The type of permission that you are looking for corresponds to the Learning Management (LMS) module, which is not included in the THR80 - Exploring SAP SuccessFactors Platform, but it would be in scope for the THR88 - Configuring SAP SuccessFactors Learning.

If you are following this learning journey https://learning.sap.com/learning-journeys/explore-the-sap-successfactors-platform the Learning System Access is THR80

If you are following this learning journey https://learning.sap.com/learning-journeys/configuring-sap-successfactors-learning the Learning System Access is THR88

Hope this will help,

Regards,

Jordi

Thank you, Jordi! I am in the learning journey 'Configuring SAP SuccessFactors Learning', and when I search for THR88 under the available systems (https://practice.learning.sap.com/#/all-systems), I don't see this particular practice system. Maybe I am not in the right place?
