I took and pass the SAP SF Employee Central Payroll 1H2023 delta certification exam but SAP didn't update my cortication with Acclaim. Does anyone know how to get SAP to do this? I've emailed training.northamerica@sap.com with evidence of my testing and results but haven't received any response from them now.
Now my certification is sitting as expired.
