These are SAP property. either you can go to any SAP authorized training and get it. Or read SAP library.

I assume you are talking about SAPs PP certification.

These are all equally up to date.  Each one covers different versions of SAP ECC (all of which are currently found in client installations worldwide)

To give direct answer to your question, C_TSCM42_66 is the latest version of SAP PP certification.

However you can choose anyone between C_TSCM42_65 and C_TSCM42_66 as C_TSCM42_64 may going to expired this month or next month.
