SAP PI 7.1 certification (C_TBIT44_71)

Hello All

I am planning to take the SAP PI 7.1 certification in December 2010 inorder to take advantage of the 50 % discount.

I find that the "C_TBIT44_71 SAP Certified Development Associate - Process Integration with SAP NetWeaver (PI 7.1)" mentions PI 7.1 however gives TBIT40 and TBIT44 as the reference material. TBIIT40/44 is applicable for XI 3.0 and PI 7.0.

SAP XI 3.0 and PI 7.0 are very much similar, however SAP PI 7.1 is significantly different from its predecessors, and with its many new concepts. (eg. Integration Repository with enhancements in PI 7.1 is now called ESR.)

TBIT 40/44 definitely does not have the new concepts of PI 7.1

So has any one given the PI 7.1 certification lately, who can tell if the PI 7.1 certification exam still follows older pattern TBIT40/44 questions and does not have the new concepts of PI 7.1.

The TBITs are updated for the SAP PI 7.1.

Thanks for your answer, I had old XI 3.0 based TBIT's . so I cancelled my exam . Hopefully I will be able to get the updated TBIT some time soon before I venture out for the certification.
