sap Netweaver Certification exam

hi experts,

i have almost 2 years experience(1 full implimentation ) in abap/webdynpro ,now i want to do the sap Netweaver Certification from company (customer of sap ),may i know what should be the fromat that i need to send sap india to ask for eligibility or am i eligible to do certification ? plz reply .
