I am a functional consultant from India having 3years exposure

I am planning to do SAP HCM Certification on my own.

Please guide me

1.how to take it up.

2.Exact book names for 2013 and 2013 Years

3.Please let me know how to get sylaabus and material for this

4. Is it possible to do certification @ Teched and if yes what is the benifit of doing certification there.

1.how to take it up - Since you already have experience in SAP HCM you need to Directly contact SAP India (+91 080 4082 90 00)

2.Exact book names for 2013 and 2013 Years - THR10 & THR12

3.Please let me know how to get sylaabus and material for this - Please Check in the link given by Satish P
