Want to do SAP certification from authorised institute.Which ll be wise to do in India or in USA.IS there any difference in certification @ USA and India.

Hi
Certification is same whether you pass from US or India.
However, every country is having their own evaluation process. Please contact local SAP Education to know eligibility criteria.
