Hi,
Apologies if this has been posted before.
I am considering a SAP CRM course, however I'm a little unsure as to whether my skills or expereince would be best suited to such a course.
My background is that I used to work as a CRM consultant, using a Canadian product called Maximizer. My role involved, instal, configutation and support of the product. However I have not used the application for some time now as my career took a slightly different route.
I have been working in the Contact Centre arena now for roughly 7 years, started off as am agent on the phones and have moved up to a role of Dialler Manager (via working in support for a company called Noble Amcat).
I am considering moving into the CRM arena, and concertating on the Campaign Management aspect as I have experience of this.
I'd really appreciate any help/advice on whether to partake in a CRM training course. If anyone has any pointers to whitepapers or SAP CRM architrcture that I should take a look at before I decide for sure would be gratefully appreciated.
Thansk for taking the time to read this and I look forward to hearing from you.
Thanks
Gireesh
