Hi,
I have just over 1 years experience in SAP CRM, mainly Marketing module.
From reading the SAP Education site there are two possible exams.
1. SAP Certified Application Associate CRM Foundation
2. SAP Certified Application Professional CRM Marketing
I am not sure that my company will fund two certifications so I am thinking of going straight for the SAP Certified Application Professional CRM Marketing.
However my thinking is that this might be too hard to attempt without going for the Associate certification first.
I would appreciate your thoughts/advice on this.
Many Thanks In Advance
David

"SAP Certified Application Associate" is on the fundamentals of CRM, so it verifies the basic knowledges in CRM which I belive you already have as you are working in CRM so you can go for certification on CRM Marketting. As you already worked in that domain doing the certification should not be a problem and a good choice too.
Thanks,
Atin
