Hi Harald,
I have completed my certification(C_HANATEC_14) on 09/09/2018, I had SAP credential manager account with <content removed by moderator>, but currently it is not working and I didn't receive any mail for account activation for reactivate.
Password reset procedure also not working for my mail id
I have also send my query to <Content removed by moderator> but not received any updates.
Can you please check and do the needful.

I have similar problem with the Credential Manager completed SuccessFactors exams but have not heard back from the credential manager since July 29th 2018.
SuccessFactors – Performance and Goal Management - July 28th 2018 - THR82
SuccessFactors – Succession Management - July 29th 2018- THR85
