SAP Credential Manager account activation failed

Dear all,

Except the lack of luck, i didn't find the answer of my trouble so i hope to be in the right topic.

I recently passed and succeed in my SAP HANA Certification.

Consequently, i received 2 emails about my SAP Credential Manager account activation.

Unfortunalately it do not works even after applying a new password and many tries.

Here is the error message :

my S-User ID is S0010063082 and i have been certified since 03/04/2016.

Hi Pascal,

First of all congratulations to you on your successful SAP HANA certification.

For the issue have you tried with some other web browsers(Mozilla Firefox etc.) to login into SAP Credential Manager Login

Hey Gaurav,

Thank you for your advise.

Yes it works when using I.E 11 while it recommands to only use I.E 9/10 versions.

Changing to I.E helps me to login but not for updating my personal information.

I had to go back to mozilla for changing my data up to date.
