It purely depends on your area of interest, there are plenty of Modules available in SAP and it comes to your skill, competency and interest to select the suitable one. Recommend you to first get an understanding on what SAP is and its history. Based on the current market needs and your interest you can then select the required module.
Below are few of my suggestions to start with:
1) If you are part of any organization you can try understanding which module or which area is your organization is need and volunteer accordingly.
2) You can contact any authorized training center and start your training.
3) You can try learning free courses at OPEN SAP, there are lots of other sources available in Online as well.
4) You can also formulate your learning journey through the LINK.
5) You can go through the different spaces available in SCN and read through the blogs and follow threads to understand different concepts. You can follow the SAP COMMUNITY for reaching through different Topic Areas.
6) Of course you can also check for SAP IDES Server or Cloud server and practice for real time hands on experience.
In short recommend you to read through lots of articles and blogs and decide your module in which you want to travel, from there you can be very specific on the topic areas to study and can proceed further.
