I am a certified SAP TERP10 associate and would like to have the logo to use in my email. Would you please advise how I can download the logo?

Dear Hamed,

the SAP Associate and Professional logo's are available in SAP Credential Manager. You must have an Account and a valid Certificate to get it downloaded. Valid Exams can be found on https://training.sap.com/certification "List of Valid Exams"

I received a note to put in a ticket to give permission to Credential Manager to load my 'data'  because my cert exam was in 2013.  Where do  we put in a ticket - Probably need 'credentials'.  Can you provide a real link instead of a website?

I sent an email to Kenneth Schieffer and received a 'FAILED TO SEND' message.

I would love for a real person to call me and get this concluded....have been passed around the world - who has time for this?  It is upsetting.  912-665-6865

Frustrating isn't it! I've tried many times, my email Failed, invalid address. Called, got forwarded to the correct person and there is a recording that he is out of the office. I left my name and number.   I expected better from SAP.

Once you send this info in email, kenneth.schieffer will send you the Logo.

Hi Nayeem,

I also would like to get the logo. However, the email address that you mentioned seems inactive / deleted since I received an email error message after I sent my email. Is there any other person that I can contact to get the logo?

Please contact the SAP Education Team of your country. Just make sure you mention your S-User ID, exam code and the eMail address you used for the exam.
