Is SAP offering SAP Certified Applicationn Professional-HCM Talent Management with SAP EH5 training in USA. If so, how much is the course fee?

All I could find is certification exam here

Did you sit for the exam already? I'm planning to sit for the exam next month, and I would like to know the reference material that you used, or if you only based on the sap manuals?
