What avenues are availlable for newly certified individuals to improve their skills?

Dear Wafula,

There are many ways to improve skills for a newly certified individuals including:

1. Entry into a SAP consulting firm,

2. Getting IDES server access for relevant module by websites selling the same on monthly basis

3. Getting Dummy Projects again from the websites selling the same on monthly basis etc

It all depends on you and your time that how do you want to develop your skills.
