SAP Certification ID

Dear SAP Experts,

I passed the SAP Exam C_TADM51_70 last month, and I received the certification document .

but unfortunately I didn't receive the certification ID and the SAP user ID/ Password.

So can you please tell me why and where can I ask for this?

He will mail you the authentic logo which you can use.

IT IS NOT FREELY AVAILABLE ONLINE. so no link.

Hi Sherif

As I mentioned earlier, you have to email your CERTIFICATION ID (which is on your certificate) to SAP education. This email id HAS TO BE available with your certification provider / training institute .. Please contact them for the same.

You will get an email back form them with yous S-User ID and password which you can use at the SAP Service Marketplace and other SAP sites.

Hi Zubin,

I sent an e-mail to SAP Support but unfortunately I got the following reply from SAP Education @Germany:

"Only if you are working for a SAP Customer or SAP Partner, you can request an S-User ID for this customer number. Access to the SAP Service Marketplace is not granted to private persons, even if they are certified consultants.."

Can you Explain is this new policy or what?

As I asked you earlier,

did you contact your Authorised training centre from where you got certified? What did they tell ?

For us, we were given an email ID of the same person who came as the certification exam supervisor. It might or might not be the same in your case.

I sent to SAP Education @ Turkey but no one is replying and I also sent an e-mail to the person who arranged my certification

Exam but also she didin't respond.

after that I sent an e-mail to SAP Support @ Middle East and they re-directed the message to SAP Education @ Germeny because SAP Turkey didn't respond.

Now I don't know what should I do?

Wait for the response from your training centre / certification provider. They always have the right contact details for getting your S-user ID using your certification ID.

In the meantime, please ask Kenneth also about the situation. kenneth(dot)schieffer(at)sap(dot)com

I already contacted him and I got from him the SAP Logo and he told me that my S-user will be S0007xxxxxx but he was not able to give my the password.

I will wait the certification provider may be they will reply.

They said that they will give my s-user id and password once they receive the same from SAP.

We have to wait until then.

Hi,

I got my certification paper in 2008 through a  partner certification channel at Shanghai China.

But I don't know the education department of mine.

I got only one paper of certification, not have any of CARD or LOGO, is there anything wrong?

Should I can contact education of SAP China to get my S-ID and password?

I believe the cards must have been discontinued. Really, I do not much bother about the cards.

In the first place, I would expect you to contact SAP Education in China with you S ID Number, they should be able to provide you the logo.

They should also be able to provide your password.

Prior to 2009, SAP issued certification ID cards along with the certificate. The cards were discontinued and replaced by logos at the beginning of 2009. So the certificate and logo are the 2 pieces of certification information sent by SAP.

The Certificate takes 4-6 weeks to reach at your given address.

Once you receive it, it will have the Certification ID printed on it.

You have to email your Certification ID to the SAP Education personnel.

(You will get their email address from your training / certification institue.)

Once you email them, you will get your S-User ID (OSS) and password, withing 5-7 working days.

because I got from Oracle institute an Certification Card when I passed the Oracle Exams.

Sherif,

The Certificate (hard copy of A4 size) from SAP is the only document that we get after certification.

There is nothing like a business card.

That is the reason you can ask for a logo from SAP which you can put on your business cards/other media.
