SAP Certification - How to Access SAP Notes?

Hy Guys!

I have a question about SAP Certification. If I pass a test, do I have access to SAP ONE Support to consult SAP Notes?

Everyone I know says that an SAP certificate has access to SAP Notes, but I was never able to access them. Is this a fakenews?

I do not know if there is any relationship, but the email I use in the community is the same as that linked with my S-User.

Do you have an s-id? For example, the certificate of your advisor. So log on here.

I talked to a specialist (chat inside the SAP site), and he told me that my S-User is disabled because there were changes in the rules and asked to contact a train center, the person could not get more details.
As I understand it, SAP has removed the access of certified consultants to see the notes and only the clients that have this access.

my Name is Dragana from SAP ONE LAUNCHPAD Team. If you have a active S-User ID and your are able to Login to SAP ONE Launchpad should be able to search for SAP KBA's and SAP Note's.

It would be interesting to get your S-User id to check something. I might be wrong but normally but

Knowledge Base search - the search results are based on the launchpad role that is set. Did you set up any role in your Profile?

How do I assign my S-user to my Web profile?

1. Logon to https://training.sap.com
2. Select My Account
3. Select S-user Management

From the S-user Management screen you can set your primary S-user assign other S-user associated to your web profile or trigger assignment of a new S-user.

NOTE: After the assignment you will receive online prompts and email to complete the assignment.
