Did a quick search on the SAP intranet and understand this is a local event that was held in Brazil since 2017 (?).
The website dedicated to the event, http://sapcertificationday.com.br is no longer online, so it looks like the event has been discontinued or postponed.
Let me try to get a response from SAP Brazil.

Ola pessoal.
No meu entendimento, SAP Certification Day foi algo com intuito mais comercial. A SAP teria que ter uma quantidade X de pessoas certificadas para atender outras necessidades.
Em minhas buscas não consegui retornos nem previsões para provas. Existem algumas opções no seguimento online que você compra o curso (SAP Learning Hub se eu não me engano) e isso lhe da direito a uma ou mais tentativas na prova online para certificados ou pode comprar pela própria SAP Training, como este por exemplo: https://training.sap.com/certification/c_taw12_750-sap-certified-development-associate---abap-with-s....
