S-users are company dependent, if a cosnultant has certification with a particular S-user later he leaves that organization with no access to mentioned S-user then whats the fate of certification is it still valid.?

You can manage your certifications in SAP Credential Manager and you will also be issued an individual digital badge if your certification is part of the program. You will be able to download your electronic certificate from SAP Credential Manager (http://www.sapcredentialmanager.com). Note that if this is your first SAP Certification and you do not already have a Credential Manager account, then you will need to first activate your Credential Manager account. Upon passing your exam, will receive an account activation email from Credential Manager. If you have problems logging into Credential Manager or have not yet received an e-mail, please contact credential-manager@sap.com listing your current Person ID (former SAP User-ID or S-User) and any additional user ID’s with which you are SAP Certified.

Hi Domnic,

Certifications can be migrated between users. You need to contact SAP. You can find the contact data for your country going to SAP Training and at the bottom of the website you have the data.

Now that SAP is implementing the SAP Universal ID, I think it would make sense that this is automatic as they already have each of us identified with all the SAP users.

You can find more information about how the S-Users work in this post. I hope you can find it useful.

Kind regards,
