Hi Everyone,
I am new to SAP and have been assigned a project to improve my company's information systems.
Right now, an employee runs an IW39 then exports it to MS Excel by using System>List>Save>Local File.
What we want to have happen is to have the IW39 run and then be exported to MS Excel without having the employee do this. Currently, I have the IW39 execute in background every 15 minutes and save to a Spool.
Is there a way to either automatically save the information from the Spool to an Excel file, or have the IW39 send the report to Excel first?
Thanks for the help, and keep in mind I am a beginner at SAP and have very little experience.
