Hi team,
While we were using SAP CRM on premise, our IT specialist had taken ABAP courses and was able to code in CRM and integrate from other programs to CRM. In addition to developmet, he could also make changes on the smart forms and on interface that users access. What is more, he has developed reports on SAP GUI.
Is there a course you could advise in order for him to have the same capabilities in house?

Hi Christian,
V1 Sales and Service Cloud extensibility, code enhancing by IT and PMO personnel, etc.
Thank you

Hi Jenny,
As Clovis pointed out, learning hub is the place where SAP now provides all Learning content though it needs a subscription.
If you are using C4C V1, then from a technical perspective there are 2 parts:
1. Integration - If you use CPI (SAP Cloud Platform Integration formely HCI) then you should look for Integration suite or CPI related courses on the learning hub.
2. Custom development - C4C uses its own IDE called Cloud Application Studio when you can create custom developments. Here is a link to online help. https://help.sap.com/docs/SAP_CLOUD_APPLICATIONS_STUDIO/cbcebe3cfb1647a8b0322c18dbb0b481/751bc8d273e...
Last but not least, the learning hub has learning journeys for Techie folks as well as business folks, You might want to expore the learning journeys for sales cloud and service cloud on the SAP learning hub.
If you are on C4C V2, then Im afraid I do not know what all that entails.
