I am trying to register for certification using my S-user Id wiqbal_81 but its not working.
Even I am trying to
Assign New S-user

Dear you got confused with some other id as your s-user id because it states clearly :
S-user, or SAP-user, is a unique identifier than allows you to login to your SAP products,
Your S-User ID contains the letter ‘S’ followed by a string of numbers (e.g. S0011068648).

is the S-userID valid? Can you check with your super user in your company, if that suserID is valid or not.
