S User ID obtained does not have download authorization

Hi Guys,

I am trying to download software contents( SHINE content) from the Service Market Place. However, it says my user ID does not have the required authorization. I obtained this S User ID after the ABAP Certification. Whom shall I contact to get the download rights to my ID. I have resigned from the company where I used to work at the time of certification.
