Hi
I did SAP certification on Business one Solution Consultant on 11.09.2007 and got S-User ID S0004667529 and did another certification as Development Consultant on may 2008 in SAP business one that is also linked to ID S0004667529
when i try to reset the password the following error message is displayed
Your Request for a New Password Was Not Successful
Error :
Internal error:
An error occurred while resetting the password.
Please wait a short time and try again. If the problem persists, please notify your SAP system administrator.
when contacted SAP support they say that the ID is deleted
I don't understand how can the S-User Id linked to two certification can be deleted
please help!!!

I do not know what email id have you mailed your problem to, but if you mail it to sapnetwork(at)sap(dot)com ... you will surely get a reply and your query will be solved.
I have sorted all my account and S-User id related queries through this id only.

Hi radhakrishnan,
S user id's if not used to gets deleted after some time. It always gets attached with the S- id of your's if active but now since it is not active and if you now go for certification you will be given a NEW S-id.
Well if your S-id is deleted that doesn't mean at any time that your certification is Challenged it is always verified with the the Certification number mentioned in the Certificate. S user id is just a online exam id even if it expires will not be a problem.
