S-User and P-user ID

Hello Experts,

Earlier i was only having a P-user id for SAP.com now today when i logged in to traning.sap.com i was automatically assigned a S-User id.

Earlier to this i was known that S-user id is only created for Certified consultants or for the sap customers.

Please help me to overcome this confussion.

Hi Prashant.

For any SCN query's & Questions /Answers I am use the P-user id & for you SAP official communication you can use SAP S-user id(as a customer). Currently I have both id's in Google chrome P-user id & IE 11 SAP S-user.

But i am not sap customer nor i am using my company s-user id then why would they assign me a s-user id for tranining.sap.com.

Hi Prashant.

May be you company might have taken some of the training courses from SAP in this reason SAP provided different s-user id for training proposes

But i didnot use anything releated to company in particular also with that s-user id i am available to login to www.traning.com only neither the launchapad nor other sap sites i think sap is creating s user id for everyonr having p id but only for tranning.com

Depend of your domain, if you use gmail sohuld have P-user id.

Hi Prashant,

If you have that S-user ID number, I suggest you to reach out to sso@sap.com, they could at least confirm or disprove that the S-user has any relation to you, or it's actually somewhat of a bug.
