Recuperar mi usuario S...

Buen día, en mi cuenta tengo varios usuarios S por motivos laborales, pero en uno de ellos llego a su fecha de vencimiento y por consiguiente no he podido entrar con el y los estudios que estoy haciendo al parecer el sistema los esta llevando con esa cuenta en especial (he entrado con los otros usuarios S y lo que he estudiado no aparece), es posible recuperar ese usuario y lo mas importante que la información de lo que estoy haciendo en el Hub Learning no se pierda?

Good morning, in my account I have several S users for work reasons, but one of them reached its expiration date and therefore I have not been able to log in with it and the studies that I am doing apparently the system is taking them with that specific account (I have logged in with the other S users and what I have studied does not appear), is it possible to recover that user and most importantly, that the information of what I am doing in the Learning Hub is not lost?
