Hello
I became a certified as SAP consultant on August 1st, 2014. At that time I was working for my former employer and associated my S00XXXXXXX account to my work email from that company at the time. That email account no longer exists as I no longer work for that company and I can no longer access my account.
I have my SAP certification document but how can I recover my old account or assoiciate my vertification to this new account that I made with my personal email?
I have all the details related to my certification and I can provide ID (passport and personal goverment issued ID if necessary)
please let me know what can be done.

Recommend you to write a mail to education."Your Region"@SAP.com. For example if you are from India it would be education.india@sap.com.
You should get a response as soon as possible. You can use the THREAD for reference.
