Quiz: incorrect number of selections

I'm getting the following message EVEN BEFORE STARTING the quiz. I have completed all other units, however I'm stuck in this unit.

"You have an incorrect number of selections. A correct number of selections are required before submitting.

This looks like some bug. Can you reload the course and open up the quiz again? Then check if it allows you to select any answers.

The error message "incorrect number of selections" means

• Example the question says there are three (3) correct answers of the question, while the user only chooses one (1) or two (2) of them

The solution is

• we select more answers, which matches the expected number of selections, the error message will be gone automatically and the submit button will be enabled again

Hi @kaush_1 , yes, I've tried it multiple times and different dates, refreshing, reloading, restarting 🙂

I'm able to select the answers, but that error message is always there regardless; in addition, the submit answers button is always grayed out (inactive).

This looks like a bug within the website as opposed to the course.
