Purchased & Assigned SAP Learning Hub Subscription to do stay current not working or inactive

Hi,

I purchased a license for SAP Learning Hub yesterday and received a notification from SAP Learning License Management Access ready. Today I assigned the License to me. SAP Learning confirmed in an email: “We have assigned your license to your SAP user account S0022466034”. I also received an email from SAP Learning: Welcome to your SAP Learning Hub subscription.

When I log into https://learning.sap.com/my-learning/subscription, I see an Learning Hub subscription associated with my account. Subscription Name, Start - End Date (26 March 25 - 25 March 26), however the number of attempts is 0. See attached screenshot.

As a result, when I try to access the "Stay Certified" section for my existing certifications via https://learning.sap.com/my-learning/certifications, I’m redirected to https://www.sap.com/training-certification/learning-hub.html as if I need to purchase a new subscription.

Under SAP Learning License Management I see that the license is assigned to me. See attached screenshot.

 I already contacted SAP Learning Support (Case ID: 5000131653), but I didn't get an answer.

My S-User ID: S0022466034. I would appreciate any support or hint on how to solve this issue.

27.3.25 Update

Based on my support request on the Digital Commerce Platform (this is supposed to be the SAP Learning Hub team) I have received a confirmation of receipt for the support request but no feedback.

I do not see any exclusion from “Stay Certified Assessments for the exam” product description "Subscription: SAP Certification, two attempts." I purchased. The whole thing is very non-transparent, time-consuming and frustrating.

Can you confirm that the subscription: CER001 “SAP Certification exam, one attempt” does cover the Stay Certified Assessment A_ACT_2404?

On the Course announcements, I see the following paragraph:

• This attempt is only valid to get certified. You can stay certified easily with an SAP Learning Hub subscription, providing access to yearly assessments. Without an SAP Learning Hub subscription, you can buy and retake the SAP Certification exam annually

What is the corresponding product “SAP Learning Hub Subscription”?

Hi Margit, I create the support ticket 2025-03-25 and updated the ticket yesterday after I posted my question in the SAP Community. In addition, I escalated my support request this morning with the help of a Customer Interaction Center contact. I then received the following answer: As your license is a subscription for two attempts on SAP Certification Hub, the A_ACT_2404 (assessment) is not included. With the two attempts it is possible to take the re-certification (C_ACT). Ensure you have an SAP Learning Hub subscription to access the assessment to stay certified. My quest is now Can the license I bought (SAP Certification exam, two attempts) be converted to cover A_ACT_2404 or do I have to purchase another license? If I need to purchase another/new license, what license will be needed to cover the A_ACT_2404 (assessment)? Kind regards Armin

To get certified: 

1. SAP Certification exam, one attempt or SAP Certification exam, six attempts: Includes one or six exam attempts that you can purchase to get certified. These offerings do not include access to assessments to stay certified. 
2. SAP Certification exam, two attempts: 
   Includes two exam attempts, plus 10 hours of hands-on practice system access. Does not include assessments to stay certified. 
   You can purchase on the SAP Store.  

3. Staying certified 
   The simplest path to staying certified is through an SAP Learning Hub subscription  which includes yearly assessments and preparation content to stay certified. These assessments are short, non-proctored quizzes with unlimited attempts, and must be successfully completed before your certification expiry date. Alternatively, if you don’t have a subscription to SAP Learning Hub, you will need to retake the certification exam(s) every year.

Thank you, Margit, I appreciate your update! This explains the difference. So, all three SAP Certification exam products do not include assessments to stay certified! For this cycle, I can either leverage my subscription to retake the entire certification exam or spend another 1,5K€ to take the short assessment to stay certified. Regards Armin

Last update I got on my support case (5000131653) based on my questions was:

The A_ACT_2404 assessment is included SAP Learning Hub subscription customer edition but in “SAP Certification exam, two attempts” subscription.  I'm sorry we're not the right team who can handle SAP LH purchase issues.

I have contacted the SAP LH team again via another support request on Digital Commerce Platform. In case I need to purchase another, new License/Subscription do you happen to know where I can purchase the referenced License: SAP Learning Hub subscription customer edition?

On SAP Learning Hub I see only three type of exam subscriptions: (I purchased the first one)

1. SAP Certification exam, two attempts: Two attempts plus 10 practice hours
2. SAP Certification exam, one attempt: One exam attempt to get certified
3. SAP Certification exam, six attempts: Six exam attempts to get certified
